Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to learn, not to feel stuck with something that is not working for you. This page explains exactly how to cancel and when you get your money back.
What you are paying for
Jaya Plus is a monthly subscription (₹199 per month; new subscribers may get the first 3 days for ₹4) sold inside the Android app through Google Play. Google Play takes the payment, renews the subscription every month, and is where it is cancelled.
Cancelling your subscription
- Cancel any time in the Play Store app: Profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jaya Plus → Cancel. The app's Profile tab has a “Manage subscription” button that opens that page.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Jaya Plus continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
- Cancel before the 3-day introductory period ends and the ₹199 monthly charge never happens.
- There is no cancellation fee, and no notice period.
Refunds
- Charges are made by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours of a charge you can request a refund directly from Google (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history).
- If we are at fault — a duplicate charge, or Jaya Plus not switching on after Google confirmed your payment — write to us and we will have it refunded in full, whatever the date.
- Otherwise a period already paid for is not refunded; cancelling makes sure you are not charged again.
How to reach us
Email nextbigads@gmail.com from the number on your account, with your registered mobile number, the date of the charge and the Google Play order number (it is in the receipt email from Google). We reply within 3 business days. Refunds Google approves go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Deleting your account
Deleting your Jaya account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — Google keeps renewing it. Cancel in the Play Store first, then delete the account. If you forget, the subscription is still yours to cancel in the Play Store at any time.
